This is the condensed version of the actual log sheets kept from every hunt.

Date of last hunt: Friday, October 27, 2000

Length of hunt: 2 Hours.

Location of hunt: Scrape in a nearby town.

Equipment used: Tesoro Sidewinder w/ 4" coil

Items found: Script I Confederate Infantry button, Rifle sling, a few plain buttons and other misc. buckles.

Comments: This scrape is near some extinct railroad tracks. On one area of this lot the dozer had cut extra deep. This particular area is about the size of a small driveway. All of our items came from this one spot. My hunting partner also found assorted military relics and coins dating from that time period. The construction may have cut into an old campsite. Doesn't look like they are finished yet either...so we'll be watching it!
