Shadow X2 Finds

I recently acquired a Shadow X2 and wanted to give it a swing. Me and a friend hunted part of a backyard to a house built in 1961. As late as the house is I didn’t expect to find much silver if any at all. Got 2 silver Rosies and 2 Wheats but only one zinc. 4 keepers to one zinc was pretty nice ratio. I hunted the front yard last month with a Tesoro Sidewinder. It was the norm with more clads than keepers…64 clad coins versus a silver Washington and several Wheats.

Another neat thing that came up today was a 1962 Texas license plate…
